Guilande Dice is a dynamic healthcare leader, community advocate, and visionary nonprofit founder whose life’s mission is to empower women, youth, and families to overcome adversity and achieve their fullest potential. With a strong background in Nursing and Social Work, she has dedicated her career to serving vulnerable populations through healthcare, behavioral health support, education, mentorship, and community outreach.

Guilande has built an impressive career spanning healthcare, mental health, substance use treatment, workforce development, and nonprofit leadership. She spent five years at Brandywine Counseling, working closely with individuals and families affected by substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and life crises. She also served as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Instructor at Job Corps for three years, where she trained, mentored, and inspired future healthcare professionals to pursue careers dedicated to serving others.

Currently, Guilande serves as an Assistant Director of Nursing, where she plays a vital leadership role in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting nursing staff, improving quality of care, and advocating for the health and well-being of patients. Her leadership, compassion, and commitment to excellence have earned her the respect of colleagues, patients, and community partners alike.

For more than eight years, Guilande has faithfully volunteered with Love & Hope Rescue Mission, serving as Assistant Program Director and helping to lead programs that address homelessness, food insecurity, mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and barriers affecting underserved communities. In this role, she has helped oversee clinical and programmatic operations, coordinate services, support client intake and case management processes, and contribute to the organization’s ongoing mission of transforming lives through compassion and action.

Having volunteered in her community since the age of twenty, Guilande has always believed that service is more than a responsibility—it is a calling. Through years of working directly with individuals facing addiction, homelessness, depression, trauma, and poverty, she witnessed the urgent need for programs specifically designed to uplift and empower women, teens, and children. These experiences inspired her to establish an organization focused on healing, restoration, education, and personal growth.

As a woman of unwavering faith, Guilande firmly believes in the power of prayer, hope, and community support. She incorporates faith-based principles into her work while creating safe, supportive environments where individuals can heal emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Her vision is to help women discover their value, recognize their strengths, and understand that they are capable of overcoming any obstacle placed before them.

Through her leadership, advocacy, and service, Guilande continues to inspire change and bring hope to countless individuals and families. She is committed to building stronger communities, breaking cycles of trauma and despair, and creating opportunities for future generations to thrive.
